A rental has to look the same for every guest, and the owner often lives somewhere else. We clean the living areas, bathrooms, kitchen and eating areas, bedrooms, the laundry room and an office if there is one. We also change the linens and towels and wash the laundry so the beds are ready.
Hosts who aren't local need to hear what we see, so we keep you informed about the unit and its inventory. We supply our own equipment and products, so there's nothing to stock for us between stays.

How the hourly billing worksRental cleans are billed per labor hour for each cleaner, for the time the crew is in the unit. A small condo between short stays takes less time than a large house after a week of guests, and the bill follows that.

Per labor hour for each cleaner, only for the time we're working in the unit. Our minimum is $135, which covers 2 to 3 labor hours. You get a quote before the first clean, and you can pay online through Square.
