Each cleaner's time counts as labor hours. Two cleaners working for one hour is two labor hours. You pay for those hours, more or less, and not for a set price on the house.

We usually send a team of two, and two to four on larger projects. The work gets split between them, so they're in your house for less time.

We quote over the phone or after an in-home estimate. A phone quote is a blind quote and the time can vary. Once you sign the quote and email both pages back, your date is locked in.

A $135 minimum
The minimum charge is $135, which covers 2 to 3 labor hours. With a budget clean, you set the amount and we spend those hours on the rooms you choose.
