Feres charges by the labor hour for each cleaner, and only for the time the crew spends in your home. The bill follows the job, so a small one costs less.

Labor hours, counted per cleaner
Each cleaner's time counts as labor hours. Two cleaners working for one hour is two labor hours. You pay for those hours, more or less, and not for a set price on the house.

We usually send a team of two, and two to four on larger projects. The work gets split between them, so they're in your house for less time.

A quote before anything is booked
We quote over the phone or after an in-home estimate. A phone quote is a blind quote and the time can vary. Once you sign the quote and email both pages back, your date is locked in.

A $135 minimum
The minimum charge is $135, which covers 2 to 3 labor hours. With a budget clean, you set the amount and we spend those hours on the rooms you choose.

A deep clean covers the entire interior of the home from top to bottom. On top of dusting, vacuuming, mopping and the bathrooms, it includes the inside and outside of the refrigerator, stove, microwave and cabinets, interior windows and sills, reachable ceiling fans and baseboards. Every recurring plan starts with one.

It's a clean of everything in the home to get it ready for a sale. Agents and sellers book it before the listing photos, an open house or a closing date. The kitchen appliances and cabinets are cleaned inside and out, so the cabinets need to be emptied first.
Depending on what the office needs, we provide all the cleaning equipment and cleaning products. The client provides paper products and hand soap, and we restock them in the kitchen and restrooms as part of the clean.
